"When Americas first opened years ago it was perfect. While Americas is still a great place to go it is no longer excellent and has been slowly declining. Over the years the quality of employees, service and food has changed. If anyone recalls going 8 years ago, they would understand one could not compare it to the Americas we see today. Hopefully, the owners will make improvements so Americas could become what it use to be."

"Husband and I ate there in Oct 2004. The decor is worth seeing. Enjoyed the plantains. It was our anniversary and we were treated to a complimentary glass of champagne. Husband had Sea Bass which was quite good. I had pork with artichokes stuffed with avocado. It wasn't that great. The calamari appetizer was delicious. Overall we would recommend."
